My son just had quotes for a 23ft on a road trailer from Inverness to S Wales and they were about £750 - £900. That was a tow. He now has a return load arranged for the sellers benefit - Salisbury - Inverness - Tenby for £1k.

I had my Sun Odyssey 32 moved from Woodbridge to Kip Marina in 2015. … think it was £1200. Company was called Hainsworths Boat Transport I think. Very good service.

I was quoted 4k by J Shepherd to move a 44ft keeled yacht from Barmouth Wales to Ardrossan. Needless to say I sailed it at that price
