I am considering trailing my 18ft powerboat to Lake Annecy in France for holidays. Does anyone have any information on marinas on the lake where I can leave the boat in the water for 2 weeks

Look at http://www.ville-annecy.fr/ maybe you can find some help there under "Tourisme>Office du Tourisme". I know for a fact that there is a small harbour in Annecy (have sailed there once about 30 years ago).

There's a tiny marina and public slipway at the south end of the lake (Bout de Lac/ Doussard) and a bigger marina at Annecy itself. It depends where you are staying, because there are usually huge traffic jams on the roads that run up and down the lake and it can take at least an hour to get from one end to the other.

Ah, fond memories of that beautiful lake from when we used to live in Geneva and drive up up there. It was a long time ago, but I remember small marina(s) at the Annecy end.
