As a person that knows nothing about yachts i'm not sure that is a Kestrel . Going on what little i know of the 22 i have it down as a sloop with it's design and build after the war by J.Francis.jones .

I think Transcur is refering to her name and not the class. Certainly got an Edwardian stem and counter...

One query, why is the tiller so high?
