Yes hadn't thought about the address bit, however I 've often been asked for stuff to be delivered to work and not my address. One company did ask me for a writtian authorisation not to deliver to the registared address, but I could have sent that from anywhere. However theres lots of ways to still use the card without having goods sent out, could have jolly good time on all the porn sites for instance.
Its all a bit too easy really.

By the same token what is to stop anyone in the uk doing the same, how many times do you give a waiter your card to pay the bill, how long to write the details down for his own use or even swipe it through home made cloner?
An old friend of mine used to deliver those little moto bikes by mail order, stopped it pretty damn quick when he realised the nasty b***ards out there were nicking cards during burglary etc then ordering stuff. Householder out at work, as the delivery bloke turned up at the cardholders address, they made out on the drive it was there place took goods, never seen again. Whose loss? His. Nightmare what ever way you go.

Yeah, it still is a bit too easy. At least chip and pin will get rid of the ballsy ones who walk into shops and forge signatures (not that cashiers even bother looking these days). Not sure there's an easy solution to card not present problems.
