Any views or advice on the best location for siting the heater unit in order to simplify ducting runs would be most appreciated. Also views on windlass installation would be similarly welcome

I've been sailing Sigma 38's for many years now and own a lovely one, Kindred Spirit, in Haslar Marina.

Our ebesbacher (sp?) was replaced by a webasto that I have found to be great, it was fitted by Malcom Morling of Morling Marine, also based at Haslar. Our unit is in the Lazarette, stbd under and behind the gas locker.

If you would like any advice on the Sigma 38, PM me, I love 'em to bits!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I have purchased KS we have had the following done to her:

New gas system throughout,
New fresh water system,
Fuel tank taken out and cleaned,
New MD2030 fitted,
New gearbox,
Rudder taken off and re-bedded,
New short bulkheads put in for coding requirements,
New rig,
Keel off and re-bedded,
Guard rails, stanchions, and toe rails,
New skin fittings, some moved,
New cooker, fridge,Nav centre,
All gel coat touched up,
loads of stuff!

Pm for any help needed.

All the best,

Al.
