Hi guys as above 2 things th volume does not go high enough and now I have broken the knob where can I ge a replacement and why is it not loud.

Not very much info to go on - might at least help to say what type of Raymarine speaker you are referring to

Sent mine to Raymarine themselves in Portsmouth for repair. Was an active speaker that was no longer active
Instructions are on their website I believe, good service and cost about £70

Not in Portsmouth anymore surely? Think yourself lucky it’s not a Fusion unit though which freeze and do nothing.
