global navigation software

I understand that either PBO or YM carried out a test on a number of PC based navigation software programs a while ago. Does anyone know when and which month/year? Are there any additional programs which may be suitable but are not mentioned in the article?

Try Seaclear you can down load it on the web. at www.sping.com You can scan any chart in to the program. I have used it for a number of years without any problem. The main advantage is that it is FREE.
