There's a hole right through the Old Head of Kinsale, SW Ireland.

I very much doubt you'd get a tender through, but I've done it by sea kayak. If I remember correctly you have to get the tide right, and have to be careful as you approach the exit, especially at the western end, as the waves and swell can slam you against the roof.

It's nothing like that at the entrance. I took a look at it some years ago, but too rough to go in with the dinghy. The Poor Knights are riddled with caves and arches, a fascinating environment.

Still 20 metres plus at the entrance, but does get bigger once inside. Agree that the whole island group is a fascinating point of geology.
