Open heart surgery - or rather the after effects of the anaesthetic definitely the worst. Still get flashbacks of being prepared for the coffin when it was actually a nurse washing me down in the middle of the night. Like Bob really did think it was close. Kidney transplant on the other hand stress free (relatively). Removal of basal cell carcinomas like 38mess though most annoying as take ages to heal. Had 2 removed on 16 April and one is only just healed.
