Uma cleaning up

I think a lot of folk who grumble about those who manage to create successful YouTube channels seriously underestimate the skill it takes to regularly produce interesting and watchable content. I take my hat off to anyone who manages to pay for their chosen lifestyle in this way.

I agree, there's a lot of skill (and time) involved in editing. The Sailing Uma channel stands out for its stunning photography and very slick editing.

I seem to recall some clever work refitting but also rotating in silks on the bow. Not the most stunning of such offerings but well worth a look. I tend to prefer Sailing Ran and sailing Doodles for the stunning scenery on offer and locations but that’s not to minimise the work put in by the Uma team. I rather liked the one they did showing all the work in placing cameras and setting up scenes.

I imagine they're better known in Norway, where they operate. I'm sure that having 600hp of outboard power on a workboat is ecologically sound.
So what did you do today? I couldn't be bothered to watch half an hour, but I am not criticising people who have a mission, neither am I funding them. Plenty of people who tool about the solent but I don't criticise them either.
