Fish off cuts ?? what luxury . The smell of boiling "lights"or is it "lites" ....... Animal lungs ..... On my grandmothers cooker still lingers in my memory some 50years on . YUK !!........... cat seemed to like the end product though.:)

My dear old thing. We 'pikeys' don't have a problem with cooking smells because our encampments are always made fragrant with the smells associated with dismantling cars and domestic appliances.

Sounds delicious Searush but I'm wondering how long it will be before one of the forum nannies comes along and delivers a sermon about the dangers of giving chicken bones to a cat :D

Cooked bones are soft & far better than the pigeon, blackbird, robin, rabbit & squirrel bones the catch & eat for themselves. I sometimes wonder why people bother to feed them anyway.

Bribery. Unlike dogs, cats have no loyalty and will go to wherever they are best looked after.

Our cat is so bloody lazy that when it wants a meal it just lets off a flare. It buggers up the curtains but what can you do?
Incidentally the wretched moggy needs some new ones but they're so damned expensive. I was wondering if anyone had any old ones that I could have for Tiddles?.

You are very welcome to them but first I must have a meeting with my lawyers and get a disclaimer drawn up. There will have to be a risk assessment carried out and I shall also need proof that you are a British citizen, aged 21 and of sound mind. I will also have to arrange the police escort and closure of the A3. :)

(Seriously, I have sent you a PM to arrange the handover. )

Lenten,

I can see through your plan; get yourself slightly singed by one of these deathtraps, take Parsifal to the cleaners, then it's a Hallberg Rassey in the Bahamas ! :)

We have friends in Edinburgh whose cat appeared to be rather better fed than the amount she ate at home would explain, so they put a note on her collar saying "If you are feeding me, please ring 0131 xxx xxxx". Twelve people called.

That figures. Cats don't have owners, they have staff.
