(remote) collapsible motoring cone

I think they must work like an umbrella.
I have seen them on boats on the continent quite a bit.
Any one know where I can buy one?

I wonder: If you painted the first couple of feet of your roller furling jib black on both sides would it qualify as a motoring cone? It's triangular shaped, if not actually conical, and it would be a simple system to deploy and would, therefore, be used.
