Is Haydn safe to be let out on his own?

I'm getting a bit worried about tut lad.

Start of year he decided to sell his Princess in Plymouth 'cos it's a long way from his home in Lancashire. Plan was he'd then buy a new boat in Greece. Has anyone told him Greece is a little bit further, or does he think that Stavros at his local kebab shop comes from Macclesfield? Then he's going to come the the disorg, then he's not, 'cos it's a long journey and he doesn't want to spend all that money on diesel, so he fills his fuel tank with water 'cos its cheaper. Then to get the diesel out of the tank he connects a dinky little pipe to the back of the tank, runs the boat up on the plane and some of it comes out but not surprisingly there's a big bang and his turbo takes a trip to the VP dealer in the sky. That's OK though, he had the other one go last year so knows what's involved. Having said that though, the silly old buffer opens the engine hatch and watches the oil spew all over his carpet. Didn't occcur to him to turn the bugger off first eh? And I've got to choose the new carpet, since he offered me the offcut. To top it all off, he now thinks he's the cabin boy on some WWII MTB on night exercises from Salcombe or somewhere with a wood burning Aga for an engine and compass for a GPS.

His next trick is that his autopilot indicator's given up the ghost,(has he actually switched the bloody thing on?), so he has to keep running up and down the stairs from the flybridge to see where he's going and now he's got a cunning plan to tow a 34' Westerly behind his boat to see if he can get it up on the plane!

So, two questions spring to mind. Should nursey let him out at all on his own and secondly, is he taking the right tablets?

As Plymouth is not too far from me, judging by what you say about him and what I have read then Greece would appear perfect for him. Mind you I would miss him if he left this forum!

Re: Perfectly safe - with the right crew.

I though that you're going to crew for him - or has that changed too?
