Unfortunately you have not given the options of YES or NO.
So a tick in the box is for.

You only have up to 10 'answers' for a question. to get yes or no you need to a) insert an individual poll with yes/no options, or b) insert the question as I formed it but give the 'options in the answer section which would require 16 spaces, plus another 8 for a 'dont'care' answer.

Otherwise the initial query has to be worded particularly carefully.
