Listening to Robin Sims dismantling the Mamba was an education. As he worked his way down:
- that’s one of my repairs - I must have been sent this gearbox as I haven’t been on this boat…
…a little later and further down…
- that’s not one of my repairs…
… and near the bottom…

My pedestal is 43 years old. Pre dates Mamba by several years.

I didn’t know that. The boat has had even more in the way of refits than I thought.
