Any ideas what this stainless construction is?
I can't work out what it's for.

Can't see any fishing type registration number etc:, so a totally wild guess...A Harbour clean up boat of some kind? Plastic bottles etc: get netted and chucked in the stainless mincer and spat out into the coloured bowls seen stowed on board....
