Hmm - I’ve seen the A-frame mast and big staysails before on one or two other boats (can’t remember what they called it) - but the twin boomed sails aft of the mast are a new one on me.

It's hard to see how that would perform well on any point of sail. I can only conclude the twin mains, small as they are, are purely for balance and the two headsails provide all the drive. Look at the size of the windvane, it's huge! The hull form looks as though it owes its allegiance to motor cruisers. Is it a conversion perhaps?

It's possible that only one 'mainsail' from the booms is hoisted at any one time. This would mean that the chosen mainsail could be hoisted so as to avoid a wind shadow onto the foresails

There was a boat similar to this in Bristol Harbour for many years. A Frame mast with twin/cutter headsails. Designed for tradewind (downwind) sailing. As others have said, it's a very strong set up, but I suspect it's a very heavy one as well.

Yes.

This one is named 'BEANO'. And I suspect the blue foil is not a windvane, but a lifting rudder or sorts. There seem to be 'halyards' attached to the mid-points of three of the transverse struts. Any guesses?
