Have you tried this?

I compared their figures for Portsmouth with those given on the YBW site, and those in the Haslar marina booklet. This web site differed from the others by about 90 minutes!

I agree -- WXTide32 is good....

What I especially like is once you've downloaded it you don't need to be connected to the web to use it. It runs itself off the computer's clock, and can sit down at the bottom of your screen where you can keep an eye on what's happening.

I understand that there have been problems with Droggy refusing to suply tidal constants for Brit users, or something -- don't worry about it, lots of us outside the UK have the file you'll need....
