S/S Tee for rails

. I have an existing pushpit, into which I need to fit an additional vertical member.

If I was building the pushpit from new I would cut the horizontal top piece and fit a standard 3 way Tee piece. However, I dont want to do that.

I am looking for a 3 way tee piece which is in two halves, and that can be retro fitted with perhaps grub screws or similar. Can you help?

Hi...you might consider taking a standard Tee piece and cutting it neatly on the centre-line with a hack-saw (this will be a labour of love, but maybe it's worth it), then fixing it with three S.S. hose-clips or, alternatively, long through bolts...say, M4, with dome nuts. A commercial split-Tee won't look any neater...

hi could you go to an engineering company ask for say 3/4" stainless dairy pipe clips which come in 2 halves bolted together and ask for a pipe to be welded between to suit your centres

Can you take the whole thing off? A S/S fabricator will weld additonal bits on for not a lot of money in my experience and polish the whole thing like new again.
