Have the leisurefurl apart, and thinking a little lubricant would be good (aint never again getting lubed)
What would be best ? One white nylon bush, and a metal bush

i'm not familiar with the Leisurefurl but if either of those two bearings are at the top mechanism then any grease applied up there will eventually wash down over your sail and discolour it. Waterproof or not. Also if applying grease to a nylon bush then be aware that this can also cause the bush material to swell and hence tighten in some materials. Do you have manufacturers instructions?

I made the mistake of greasing nylon bearings once. Every mechanic knows that ball bearing need grease, don't they. Well, no, they didn't like it one little bit. all nylon bearings need is a good wash with clean water, though, especially for bushes, I could be tempted to give a good squirt of PTFE spray.
