I have the same fitting on the outlet of the bog. I did ask about when I purchased the boat last year, but it seems theres nothing about in the way of spares. Basically what I did was remove the seacock. Strip the thing down to its components and soaked them in vinger over night to remove the worst of the limescale buildup and the odd barnacle.
A run over with a stiff brush took the rest of the crud off.
Then it was out with the grinding pastes, the same as you would use for lapping valves on the car. I used the coarse until I had a "dull" band all the way round the insert and the main body. Then I finished off with the fine. The two surfaces were a dull colour and not shiney. Putting the thing back together I used a white grease, the same stuff Blakes sell for their seacocks.
All works fine. The 2 screws on the top strap should be nipped up so that the handle is firm to operate but not as stiff that it takes lots of effort. A strip clean and regrease is all that was needed this year.

You won't need any spare parts except screws which are available from a specialist supplier such as Anglian Stainless or Seaware. The cone needs to be cleaned and lapped in with grinding paste and then re-assembled with grease. Blakes seacock grease is OK.

All that's been written is spot on. I have a 1.5" outlet. When I bought the boat the seacock looked so decrepid I decided to replace until I realised it was good grade bronze/ gunmetal, so I cleaned it up and it is the seacock in which I have most faith; very glad I kept it. Mine has an exterior plate which takes 3 bronze countersunk bolts, an interior body, cone, retaining plate (held in place with two round headed bolts and locking nuts) & handle. If you have all these all should be good. If you don't have the bolts note that they are supposed to be bronze. I seem to remember sourcing replacement bolts from: http://www.classicmarine.co.uk/boatstore/prodtype.asp?strParents=0,32&CAT_ID=52&numRecordPosition=1 alternative suppliers may exist. N.B. the bolts on the retaining plate screw through a thread in the plate, then into the body as such so need to be exactly the correct size & thread spacing (if I can find the receipt I'll tell you the size - I think it was an imperial measure of some sort).
