New fangled switches - Help!

I have a 2 year old Jeanneau SO 37, the "switch-board" is a Scheiber 36.16200.
Recently I have been unable to switch on my bilge pump from the board. No red light! I opened up the back to see if contacts needed attention. I was faced with a formidable array of printed circuits. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Has anyone ever repaired one of these "printed circuit" switch boards?

My previous experience of such PCBs is that they are not repaired, but are replaced, at the cost of megabucks to the poor owner.

Have you checked the fuse (if there is one).

Can you take a picture of the pcb? post it or mail me, may then be able to offer advise.
