Or an Ice Yacht for the Winter?
Lake has only frozen over once since I moved here 23 years ago ... and the last few years it hasn't even come close . not even round the edges.

The skiing was not great last year, I think one French resort has closed for good - not getting snow like we used to.

Pilsensee which is a few km away and usually a great spot for skating, eisstockschießen (German curling) etc. isn't freezing over any more either. 😕

Well if looking bfor a Seasonal or Annual iver deep water mooring , one can but try 'Market Place' in fb , often river EXE mooring appear on there , being offered by others who have such moorings but are not actually using them that Season ; Most will be DRYING but DEEP WATER do appear often , but down by the River Mouth ; It appears that Boatyards actuall 'lift' thieir moorings over Winter owing to the sheer ampint of Water comming off them Moors above , but then again , some Boatyards offer Hard Standing ashore in their Yards , Guess tghat the river Teign maybe too shallow for a Fin Keeler , but others might comment , but that ruddy Bridge will restrict Ait Room , but THAT Bridge can open , never seen it open with glee only in anger though ?
