Check out http://www.kelsall.com if you haven't already done so. I would like to know if anyone knows of any KSS workshops or anything related to KSS going on in the Uk and/or the costs, drawbacks ect. of this type of construction.

sitting in gran canaria in our KSS suncat 40, i can tell you that the method is as easy as derek claims though he does tend to play down the soul-destroying hours of filling and sanding needed for a professional finish!

There's no denying that the material costs are high, 'herex' foam is on a par with marine ply for cost. the other big plus is that you get a light structure, snow leopard hass done over 16 knots at times.
