Westerly Cirrus 22 rudder specs?

I am needing to rebuild my spade rudder, as it ran aground and bottom of rudder was chewed off. Anyone know how long they are? I think I’m missing about 6”. And also, wondering if it was manufactured with a foam core, or just hollow as it currently is. It had a weepy spot at bottom when bought, so has probably been soaked for god knows how long.

I can't help with the dimensions, but this drawing from Sailboatdata might give an idea.

I'm open to correction, but I would expect the rudder to have been hollow; a lot were then. My Snapdragon of similar vintage certainly had a hollow rudder, but it may well be easier to make a repair around a foam former.
