I raced with a French guy quite often in double-handed races, so I needed to write it in English and in French, on each corner, both sides! Sailmakers often put a sticker on the corners, but I find it is too far away from the corner to be useful. Even 30 cm is too far away - I like to have it written right next to the ring.
