with 120 hp or so on tap for the larger ones it's probably more a question of 'what do you mean by pull and weight'
only factor that restricts them is really stability - they struggle to keep a steady pull on between about 3 and 10 knots (at low speed)

I saw one pulling three kids on two inflatable devices on a lake near here, didn't seem to be struggling at all.

The only thing I know a jet ski can pull. Is about as much anger as the whole neibourhud

Depends what you mean by 'pull', 3 seaters with 120hp to 140hp can happily tow 2 adult skiers. I also towed a 28ft bayliner in that had broke down last year with 135hp seadoo. The power to weight ratio of these skis is far better than even the most powerfull mastercraft - the problem is that a good wakeboarder or mono skier can easily 'steer' the jet ski as you cross the wake.
