Fairline bulb replacement in cabin.

Hi all. Blub has gone, how do,you gain access though I would ask before going pulling on the light. Boat is a fair line 2008.

99% you carefully pull it down a bit, spot the two springy things that hold it up and carefully compress and remove. Sort of the system used on spotlights on plasterboards.

ThNks guys worked a treat. Any Idea of the wattage as can't read the numbers anymore..i assume 12v.

Voltage depends on the boat some 12vothers 24v found on generally bigger with 12L + engines ,beefier starter motors.

Now you know how to get them down think about refitting LEDs --see E -Bay .
Saves on power consumption and are cooler ,don,t get hot .Last longer too in theroey. Better all round .
5 W is a good starter if there are lots dotted around ?
