The eLife control module doesn’t appear to be able to give that level of information., and sadly I cannot ask my father how many times he’d had the battery on charge. I have phoned the eLife helpline to see if more information can be found, but the number is no longer in use.

My father stored the bike inside his house with the battery removed for longer periods of time while not in use, and would have followed the manual for charging and periodic recharging.

Bike has had light use, and battery charges and holds charge as it should, and bike functions correctly on all power levels.

how old the bike is?

we do not know the condition of the battery and the fact that it charges does not guarantee it has sufficient life. With second-hand electric bikes, it is more about the condition of the battery rather than the bike itself. New Chinese electric bike of decent quality (i.e not the cheap version) is around £600.
