Found it in Yachting Monthly Feb issue,

The Little Ship Club campaign to get HMRC to rethink its red diesel proposals is gathering momentum with Yachting Monthly posting a story today (29 February 2012) on its website headlined, "Cameron told: 'sort out red diesel''.

The Yachting Monthly post outlines the LSC decision to cancel its rally to Belgium this year and relocate to the Solent due to the Belgian authorities fining visiting yachtsmen up to £750 for having even a trace of dyed diesel in their tanks.

Clearly didn't realise there were so many Little Ship rallies. Probably best that I stop reading anything that mentions red diesel!

The Little Ship Club (of London) rally I go to is nothing to do with 'Dunkirk' Little Ships. We just go to Calais, eat, drink & socialise etc and then come back!
