It's an open forum with posters who have different opinions Im pleased that you are happy but I'm afraid you just don't get it . by her actions Miss Ellie doesn't give a Monkeys for her readership ,including you ,I'm afraid you and the likes have served your purpose and are no longer of any use to her . wise up and don't be such a sucker .
Just a hunch that singlemindedness and an indomitable spirit would have won out in the end, despite the begrudgers.

My dear GW I have little compassion for our Miss Ellie as I have explained many times ,however , there was a time when I had a lot of admiration for her and wished her well but the more you know about her it is apparent that she is just an out and out blagger who has little interest in people unless they are of advantage to her . Does she update those who have concerns for her ?? I don't think so . Her actions speak volumes.

No. Her actions show she's a bit more grown up than the grumpy old gits who have dissed her so thoroughly on here. Rather than get into a tiresome slanging match, she's simply ingnored you all and that's what hurts. Well done her for ignoring you and getting on with her life and getting her boat back in the water.

I changed my reply to something less obscure. There was an article in which she mentioned her partner by name, but perhaps I misunderstood. Not that it is any of my business of course, it's just that a pretty face often brings out the creepy guys on the forum.
Anyway, I'm glad she appears to have got her boat sorted, and I wish her well.
