Bob. If I were you I'd take some of those dets off here and PM them instead. Else you'll find yourself spam powered away from the UK coast!

Looks like I might not be able to make it (I will one day, I promise). I have to be in Brighton that Sunday for a biking event (Ace Cafe thing).

Sorry to mess you around.

Bobc recognise your poor excuse! I have a Fireblade and a BMW 1600 GT motorcycle but really sailing has to come first!! :)

I very much hope to be there IF a) I get back in time b) the boat doesn't need major repairs c) I can get time off any job I may get ... and d) ...... anyway, please pencil Wanda and 2 people on the list. If the boat breaks, or the crew mutinies, I will hitch a lift with one of you again, if I may- I promise to try not to get seasick yet again!!

Ok- so.... a)I AM back from my little jaunt BUT- b) the boat needs to come out of the water for a week or two or more and c) I have just this minute got myself a job so need to sort out whether I need to work that weekend.

So scratch phanakapan x2 for now... but as soon as I sort out the lay of the land with my new job I might be back asking if anyone needs crew, I would still really like to be there

Now looks like my aged mum is going into hospital around then - at 90 I'm afraid she takes priority! Yacht club all booked (for around 50) and happy to coordinate with menus etc. Was really looking forward to it - looks like a good turnout this year as well! Sorry guys!

You'll be missed Ferg. Still haven't committed myself yet as am more weather dependant than most.
