Yamaha 1982 15hp ,points model short shaft

Is it possible to convert this model to cdi ignition , unless someone out there has a complete working stator,
If not I'll sell it as I find the points real pain, I currently have no sparks

2 stroke I assume, how much if selling? I might be interested.
I doubt it would be an easy conversion to electronic ignition.
