I cannot search online to buy another until I know what they are called!

Thanks

Had to do some research on various clips before deciding on the one I have used, which is stainless, but the gentleman requested plastic side release, which was one I had found before /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Apparently my somewhat cheerful disposition is not appreciated by some /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Mr TudorSailor, if you google for 'stainless side release buckle' there are loads to choose from, but the danger with posting the one I selected on here is that someone would say it's wrong/not good enough/unsuitable which is why there is very little point in asking for an opinion about anything any more. Someone would say the opposite no matter what was said, so it's a case of having to make a decision and hoping you get it right.

Hangover???.........Lack of Sleep???? I thought you were going sailing today??

Sitting on the boat and basking in the glorious sunshine while having lunch and logged in to local wifi, before returning to engine and putting it back together. What's a hangover ?. I don't sleep !.
Now, did you wish to contribute something helpful for Mr Tudor ?.

Nope! I reckon you've all got it covered, I was just a little concerned about you............

Don't worry, it didn't last long! Especially as you have decided to be a snooty bitch /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think it's actually called a trident clip, invented by Jaqaeu Cousteau for diving kit. The principle is that it will remain fastened if one of the legs breaks off.
