What do these red buttons on my switchboard do?

Rather ashamed to say that after owning the boat for 3 years it’s never occurred to me to find out what the above mentioned buttons do. I refer to the small red buttons each side of the boat image on board (pic below). Are they something to do with resetting the circuit breakers?

Yep, your reset guess is correct. In = on. Out = off
