what cheap offshore jacket

what is a good offshore breathable jacket the things i would like are no sweating must be warm even in winter and very dry

YM did a report in the Feb edition. This was the Aldi range vs. HH, Musto etc. Basically £39 vs £300 and you pretty much get what you pay for. If you send me a PM with e-mail I will scan it in for you.

I bought Gul stuff last year and am very happy with it. If you look around you might find the Offshore set (if that's what you need) for £200 - cheap in terms of cost relatively speaking - the qulaity and performance are good.

I bought a Musto offshore at SIBS year before last for £100. It was the previous year's model and was a slightly different colour to this year's.

Or go for a fishermans flotation jacket. Mrs Maxi has a fishemans flotation suit for sailing in the colder weather and swears by it.

They are even making breathable ones now and a whols suit comes in at about £100 max
