What are some good websites to find a boat to hitchhike/work on?

It's mostly aimed at backpackers trying to thumb a lift with liveaboard sailors, and as it says in the article, you might have better luck with delivery skippers. But still some relevant points, I think.

Crucial question: what is your sailing experience? A few people are open to taking complete beginners for company on coastal cruises, but I think it would be a rare skipper willing to take an unknown non-sailor on a passage of any significance.

I used Findacrew & ended up on a few boats around SE Asia & then from Phuket to Maldives across Indian Ocean. It's not cheap but worked well for me...
