.....for inventing plastic outdrives and plastic duoprops (see p84 MBY). With the cost saving on new anodes and not having to replace corroded props every two years perhaps even I might be able to go boating again one day.

Isn't it a shame there's apparently no plans to launch them in the UK. Is it because the dealers make a nice little earner replacing anodes and volvo make a nice little earner supplying new props? I'll leave it to you to decide.

These props are available here Northgate marine in norfolk sell them. They had a stand at the Norfolk show ground boat jumble a couple of months back and they were showing them to me. About £150 and blade sets for about £30 so you can fiddle with pitch settings without the balmy cost.
