I brought a new fridge kit from force 4 , while fitting it I manage to snap the pipe leading to the evaporator, even tho I took precaution and had the pipe inside a hose pipe to stop it kinking ,
In Tunisia at the time , couldn't get it repaired so I had a new plate shaped and made up .
Cutting the story short , We had problem with it leaking and not working right .
We now in Malta and decided to buy a new plate , force 4 Wasn't much help could only sell me a totally new kit , said the plate wasn't available other then I kit ,

Local dealer in Malta €220for new plate and had to be order so may take some weeks .
just on the off Chance I called Isotherm Italy explained what I did and ask if they could sell me a new plate , I was taken back almost speak-less to get told , no problem we send you a new one free of charge .
Now that's service high recommend them 100% ,
Which is more then I can say for force 4 who wasn't interested after spending £800 to buy a new fridge kit to even try and get me. Plate .
Even if it was Fault the pipe broke although it did snap just where the join was, so could been a weak point
