It doesn’t matter if there are fixed lights on the trailer....for anyone who references this thread....removing the light bar before launching is good advice....it stands alone as a post...and fits the narrative as part of the thread. Grammar policing helps no one

Bouba - the lights are definitely not removable .. they are fixed and hinged to raise sufficiently to allow trailer to be only just in the water to let pivoted rear rollers engage the boat and guide it onto the main rollers. Latvian registration rules require all trailers to have fixed permanent lights ... removable are not allowed.
If it was UK - then agreed ... but its not.
If you see the video I uploaded earlier showing how the trailer is designed to be used - then it is self-explanatory.
