watamota engines

Im considering buying a boat which has a watamota 25hp engine. has anybody heard of these and maybe now if spares are available ??

Watermota were in Newton Abbot as far as i know they still are.
Most Engines are Ford based Petrol or Deisel
Nothing wrong with them mine ran for 25 years (Petrol)

Watermota are in Newton Abbot as far as i know.
Mine ran for 26 years and was still going (Petrol) then i installed Deisel.
Nothing wrong with them as lnog as usual maintenence done.
Mostly Ford based.

Yes they are based in Newton Abbot next door to C & O Engineering.
