There is no such thing as a "Direction Exemption certificate". You have been sold a document from an unscrupulous seller that has no legal value.
Even ceeprof says:
"The Directive Exemption Certificate is not a legal document."
I have never heard of "ceeprof".
The Direction Exemption Certificate was issued by CEproof, not the seller, unscrupulous or otherwise.
CEproof Direction Exemption Certificates are recognised by the EU Commission.
Clearly, there is such a thing.
