Does anyone have one of these?
I've never seen one before.
I saw it and knew exactly where I'm going to use it: to adjust an engine mounting bolt the starter motor must come off, which has bolts behind the accessible face of the engine, and is very tight to a bulkhead. All yotties have similar problems, so that tool will be a Godsend!

Thanks. I also found several on Amazon. Haven't ordered yet in the hopes that once yours arrives, you'll report back on the quality and then post a link to the model you bought, if it's any good?

Probably a good thing to have to try on those tricky spots. Note in the video the extension is jammed in between bars so can not swing itself. In real life there will be a reaction to the load causing the extension to swing. Possibly your tight spot will support the extension.
Then we must wonder just what drive mechanism is internal to the box. Is it a series of gear drives or chain drive. Just how much load will it take when trying to remove or tighten a bolt? I would say be very careful with it's use for fear of destroying it. ol'will

Sumara, can you get any sort of torque on that, or am I misreading it?
There is a place in the end of the handle to insert a 6 mm drive wrench. That will give a certain amount of torque. If you really need to apply some welly, then the ratchet teeth are closely spaced so you may be able to make small cranks with the main handle, if you see what I mean.

Before I spent ca £100 I would ask myself :

"If this fastener was tightened without a Title-Reach, why do I need a Tite-Reach to loosen it?"

That Proxon is interesting, no price mentioned..
A while back, I bought a set of air tools, one of which was a 3/8" ratchet handle. It was invaluable to get at situations like the bolts on my Ford P_100 that held the bell housing to the engine, after the needle bearing in the flywheel locked solid on the first motion shaft. One still needs to break the torque or tighten up, but it takes the slog out of it. It looks like, and can be used as, a simple handle, Unlike the 1/2" that came with it. That was a standard air rattle gun, like the ones used in tyre places.

Old age and corrosion - it comes to all of us!

It's down to the original order of assembly, some stuff is fitted first - other stuff is fitted which obstructs it.
