Are bunk slick kits any good ? because the rear of my trailer has bunks at the rear and rollers on the middle and bottom don’t fancy changing the bunks to rollers lots of work involved .

A cheap way of improving the load/unload process by the looks of it. Alternative is to find the right profile Teflon/nylon lengths, drill and countersink the holes etc., yourself.

Or is silicone spray just as good ? , also how do i raise my boat in the trailer to do it please ?

Silicone spray works very well on carpet bunks but needs re application once a year or so.
Also what made a huge difference, in combination with the above was to replace the existing rubber rollers and galvanised spindles with stainless spindles and polyurethane rollers.
Need to make sure the bunks dont take more load than they have to, ie just enough height to prevent the boat from rocking.
