Tomos Motor

My dad's tomos motor viberates really bad, has checked the propeller and seems okay, he is thinking something is out of balance but not sure what. The motor runs really smooth but, viberates the boat when he runs it, can any of you help me with this? thanks in advance

If its not misfireing then have another look at the prop, are the blades ok & when you turn the engine over is the prop shaft bent making the prop wobble?

Is it tight to the transom?

If not it'll be throwing itself around all over the place, just check it's tightened up! Then check prop etc.
