It needs to go - by hook or crook - cut access panels - cut it and get rid of it.
Don't ?iss around blocking it up - get rid of it.
Absolutely !

I spend a significant amount of my working life removing redundant crap that previous owners left behind and making right their (and their so called contractors) bodges.

Imagine how long it would take for the next owner to track down that foul smell in the heads, caused by that rotten, stinking pipe.

If the pipe is sealed up (it’s already been thoroughly rinsed) why can’t it stay....the replacement hose should be easily removable when it’s time to replace it. And perhaps one day when I have to dismantle the bathroom to get some future problems, it will then be removed.
I have no problem with ripping out by force any connections by zip ties to the hull or bulkheads.....but from where I can see, the pipe is not fixed but bundled with electric and other hoses....force will cause huge collateral damage.

The fault lies with boat builders.....they install everything before the liner is lowered onto the hull....they don’t provide any photographic or detailed diagrams. This is a production boat....you aren’t invited to the factory to inspect (and record) during the build process.....anymore than I could visit my Tesla during it’s construction

Actually you are partly wrong.
I have had a number of occasions where I contacted Princess for their advice on how to gain access to repair something.
One particular case I remember was gaining access to one of the electric windows.
They were able to suggest how to cut an access but also, the sent me photographs of the window whilst it was being fitted to the boat.
Have you actually asked the factory for advice?
I say again, you need to cut an access and remove that old pipe.

Beneteau wouldn’t tell our local Beneteau dealer how to remove the fuel tank.....and these people communicated with each other on a first name basis

I can't see the problem leaving it in situ. Obviously, it would be better to remove it, but from.what I have seen, it would be a total pig, and what would be the actual gain? Of course if it starts to smell, then that would be a decent gain. I'm not sure if I'd totally seal it up until it was totally dry and the bacteria all dead.

I don’t know about totally dry.....but if I leave it a week to dry....then I will get all the complaints from this lot that I work too slowly🤷‍♂️😳😳...so my plan is to seal it up tomorrow and then put the new hose in the next day

Or a year or two. Honestly, I’d get rid of it; and do the other two things, fresh water flush and a Tecma.
I definitely want to do a fresh water flush....but I have a few projects to do before that
The hose has lasted eight years....it probably will go a couple more

I asked about seeing my car, MG ZT260, getting built, so MG Rover gave me a factory tour, however my car had already been through the build by the day of the tour, but I did get to see how they made my car with another one that was going through the build. After the initial body construction the bodyshell was removed from the assembly line and then hand modified for rear wheel drive, then returned to the line where the interior was done as a batch of 4 cars then pulled off the line again and the running gear and engine stuff-up was done separately

Obviously this is your boat and your call, but given that this work is now needed and the hose is the biggest PITA, I’d really not see any benefit in delaying doing the job properly, you’ll have to pull it apart anyway.

I am working on it now….my plan is still to entomb it…if it miraculously slides out….then I will remove it.
I don’t want to completely dismantle the bathroom nor cut holes….however my gut feeling is that sooner or later there will be a bathroom repair that requires this…and then I can dispose of the hose

Just a thought…..wouldn’t it be nice if when you need a tool on your boat if a drone could fly it in from your workshop
