Thoughts and prayers are with oGaryo tonight

Blmey Gary , sorry to read all this, but sounds like you're doing well after the event, have just seen about it over on the Sealine Forum and thought this would be more up to date.

Great that you're nice and stable and sounds well controlled, it's amazing what they can do and how superb the treatment and after care is, I had a mechanical heart valve put in nearly 25 years ago, I'm now 53, and just do whatever I want without consideration of having it, even took up proper rowing at a rowing club on the Thames (apols to all on the Thames forum!) about 7 years ago.

Best of luck with the recovery.

Andy

Just sending Gregg a birthday card and saw this:( What a shocker, take care of yourself and do what the medics tell you!!!!

Hey Gary, join the club, here's hoping you recover well. I'm still here 21 years later so here's hoping you're back out and about soon.

Take it east and let the experts do their stuff.

Hope you feel better Gary and get out of the hospital soon.. At least you have a excuse to spend more time on the boat now.. :)

good to hear that things are on the mend a little Gary. Take it easy and try to enjoy yourself - open up some old MBM's ,watch some boaty videos and even venture into the 'Lounge' for some daytime light entertainment .

Get well soon, best wishes

Mike

Just caught up with this one this morning.

Hope you get well soon Gary. I think your diagnosis is about right but I would out it down to lack of red wine. :)

Do you want me to drop some off at your boat as I go by, I owe you one anyway!
