Just returned from a week on the Costa del Sol, visited Clive (SunCoast) last Tuesday and had a tour round both boats and a chat with the team including the very as always laid back Phil Cool (School Principle), very nice setup in a lovely marina, we went back on Saturday for a cruise down to Gibraltar saw a couple of dolphins on the way, had a chance to helm the boat most of the way thanks for that Clive, weather was very warm sea state described as slight, arrived in Gib and cleared customs, although British they appear to have adopted the Spanish time clock.
We had lunch in the square then a leisurely stroll round the town and shops for the wifes before returning back to the boat for a cruise back to Clive's home port Puerto de Dequesa, Clive said not to mention this but we refuelled with very cheap diesel in Gib before we left, cant tell you how cheap but cheap, all rounded off back in port with a large pint of San Miguel, all in all a great day out all thanks to the kind hospitality of Clive and his lovely wife Finola.
If you are out that way look Clive up he will be only to pleased to see you, best to PM him first as the school is getting busy with courses and charters.
