Not really - it's a very medium-size kite, such as you'd expect to have on any 10m fractional rig.
In fact it's the size of kite you'd expect on an 8m masthead rig - well within single-handed capabilities.
If it has a radial head it will be quite useful for broad reaching in apparent winds of >7 knots.
I doubt it will set in under 5 knots apparent.
I shouldn't worry about the top end - your nerve will give out and the boat definitely let you know long before you ever get there.
Good luck - next to the roller genoa the GP spinnaker is the most used foresail in my wardrobe and I guess you'll find it equally useful.
