Good show !! Out if interest, bearing in mind the temperatures, at the end of the day do you flush the engines or just leave the salt water to drain out with the legs up ?

I always flush with fresh water.

The engine has a flush port for a hose and I do it when the engine is leg down. I let it drain the lift clear of the water.

I assume Honda have worked out how to drain the engine to prevent frost damage. Someone I know had a 150 by a different manufacturer that froze the oil cooler which leaked salt water into the oil and buggered the engine.

That company were not very helpful to say the least!

Was out on my friends one this morning. It was quite a bit warmer!!

We did flush the engine through when we got back though. With the adaptor it only takes a minute to set up. (y)

I'm chuffed with the AMT.

Great quality, big cockpit for socializing.

I'm just about to fit a diesel heater which will take the chill off when overnighting.

Planning on a 100 mile trip from Hamble to Torquay in May.

Thanks again for your help with pre purchase photos and comments.

Two things required on a boat that make life tolerable ?
A working toilet and a decent heater ....................................
